Do you really come out the same day?
That is the commitment the company has always made, and it is the single thing customers mention most in their reviews. Call early and we will get a technician to you the same day wherever the schedule allows — and if we genuinely cannot, we will tell you that on the phone rather than after you have waited in.
Do you work on brands other than Bryant?
Yes. We are a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer, which is about training and parts availability, not exclusivity. We repair and maintain all makes and models.
Are you licensed?
Yes — Utah License #8050405-5501, covering both HVAC and plumbing. Our technicians are factory-trained and certified.
How much will it cost?
We diagnose first and quote before any work starts, so you approve a number rather than receive one. For replacements we quote the job, not an hourly rate, and financing is available.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, on replacement systems and larger jobs. It is worth asking about before you decide between a repair and a replacement, because it often changes the maths.
